Delete Your Aideo Account

1. Sign in to Aideo.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Danger Zone.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
5. Select Delete Account and confirm the browser prompt.

Account deletion removes your user profile, brand profile, connected social account records, generated media records, briefs, prompt summaries, publishing history, cached dashboard metrics, and app-owned local media associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

Revoke Google or YouTube Access

You can revoke Aideo's Google access at any time from your Google Account: Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent YouTube analytics, reconnect, or publishing features from working until you connect again.

Revoke Meta, Facebook, or Instagram Access

You can revoke Aideo's Meta access from Facebook or Meta account settings, including Business Integrations where available. Revoking access may prevent Instagram/Facebook destination discovery, dashboard metrics, or publishing from working until you connect again.

Revoke TikTok Access

You can revoke Aideo's access from TikTok's security settings under connected apps. Revoking access prevents future exports until you reconnect. Drafts or posts already delivered to TikTok must be managed from your TikTok account.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to support@aideo.it.com from the email address associated with your Aideo account. We may request verification before deleting account data.

Limitations

Deleting your Aideo account does not automatically delete content already published to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform. You must manage published content directly on those platforms. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
