Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Aideo, an AI-assisted creative workspace for brand profiles, social post design, short-form video generation, channel analytics, and user-approved publishing to connected platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and maintain control over the email address and social accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Aideo to create, upload, publish, or distribute content that:

3. AI-Generated Content

Aideo helps generate prompts, images, copy, and videos from information you provide. AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, advertising, or using them commercially.

As between you and Aideo, you may use the outputs generated for your account, subject to these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, and the terms of any third-party services involved in generation or publishing.

4. User Content and Brand Assets

You retain ownership of brand profiles, logos, product reference images, captions, prompts, and other materials you submit. You grant Aideo a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and store that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, operate security controls, comply with law, and support user-facing features.

5. Connected Platform Publishing

You may connect YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram accounts through OAuth. Aideo will use those connections only for user-facing features such as account connection, dashboard metrics, destination selection, and publishing content you approve. Publishing remains subject to each platform's terms, review systems, permissions, quotas, and availability.

6. Third-Party Services

Aideo relies on third-party providers such as AI model providers, hosting providers, storage providers, email services, Google/YouTube APIs, and Meta APIs. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, review decisions, quota limits, or rejected uploads caused by those services.

7. Billing, Wallet, and Subscriptions

Some Aideo features are paid. Paid features may be introduced gradually; while billing is disabled for your account, the terms in this section do not yet create charges.

Wallet. Your wallet holds two separate balances. Purchased balance comes from top-ups: while unused it can be refunded to your original payment method on request, and it never expires. Promotional balance (for example trial credit or goodwill compensation) cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred, and may carry an expiry date that we show when it is granted. Spending uses promotional balance first.

Pay-per-generation. The price of a generation is shown before you submit it and is charged when the generation job is created. If a generation fails or times out (at most 60 minutes), the charge is automatically refunded to the same balances it was taken from. Downloading content you already generated is free. Retrying a failed generation is a new, separately priced generation.

Subscription. The Starter subscription ($9.90/month) unlocks publishing to connected platforms and analytics dashboards, renews automatically each month, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata. If a renewal payment fails we keep the features available for a 7-day grace period before locking them. Locked features never delete your data or generated content. Subscription price changes take effect from the following billing period after advance notice by email.

Payment disputes. If a payment is disputed or we detect suspected payment fraud, we may freeze the wallet while the matter is resolved. A freeze blocks new charges but does not block logging in or downloading content you already generated.

Account deletion. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining promotional balance. If purchased balance remains, we ask you to either request a refund first or expressly confirm that you forfeit it. Anonymized payment and wallet transaction records are retained after deletion where bookkeeping and tax law requires; they are no longer linked to you.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses platform integrations, or could harm Aideo, other users, or third-party services. You may delete your account from the product settings.

9. Disclaimers

Aideo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific creative results, platform approval, audience growth, revenue, or that generated content will be legally safe for every use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, platform access, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or platform requirements change. If changes materially affect your rights or our use of your data, we will provide notice or request renewed consent where appropriate.
